Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a new email with your tracking information. (Please allow 1-7 days for order processing before shipment.)

You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or by entering your tracking number on the carrier’s website. Please note that tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after your order has shipped.

We offer shipping and returns worldwide! Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, local customs procedures, and carrier operations.

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $40! Otherwise, we offer flat-rate shipping on all orders for $3.99.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days before being shipped.

Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for dispatch. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times range from 7–45 business days, depending on your location and shipping method. Orders often arrive earlier than the estimated delivery date posted on your order’s tracking! 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays, carrier issues, or international shipping disruptions.

Returns Policy

Order Cancellation

“Can I cancel my order?”

Yes! You can cancel any order up to 3 hours after placing. You can do this by hitting the ‘Cancel Order’ button on the order ‘Thank You’ page, order details page, or in your order confirmation email. Once the order has been cancelled successfully, you’ll receive an email to confirm the cancellation.

Unfortunately, our support team can’t cancel orders after the 3 hour cancellation window.

Once 3 hours have passed since you placed the order, it can’t be cancelled as it will be submitted for processing. If you no longer wish to keep the order, you can return it for a refund.

Order Changes

“Can I make changes to my order?

Due to how quickly orders are processed, we’re unable to edit orders once placed. This includes;

  • Adding or removing items to your order
  • Changing an item, size or color
  • Amend delivery address
  • Payment details
  • Applying a discount code or editing product choices

If you need to update item choices or information on your order, please cancel it if you’re within the cancellation window.

“Can I make changes to my delivery address?”

Sadly, we cannot change an address with the courier once the order is placed; however, it is possible you may be able to get this updated with the courier by contacting them directly once your order has been dispatched.

Just check your tracking information for the courier’s contact details. Please note this is not guaranteed, and services can vary from courier to courier.

“I put the wrong information on my order.”

We do our best to catch incorrect information submitted for an order (email address, delivery address, etc..). When our emails containing order updates bounce repetitively, or a delivery address cannot be found, our system will attempt to cancel the order automatically.

If an order is processed successfully, our team unfortunately isn’t able to cancel it outside the 3 hour cancellation window. If a real email address and delivery address is submitted, the order may go through even if they’re entered incorrectly.

*If you input the incorrect email or delivery address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing and are therefore not liable to refund/replace the order.

Refunds

Free Return Eligibility

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority! Therefore, we do our best to offer free returns as much as we can. Free return eligibility is determined by the reason for the return, the following reasons are eligible for free returns:

If the Product:

  • Is broken
  • Is damaged / defective 
  • Delivered Late
  • Was different from the item ordered
  • Never arrived

At this time, all other reasons for returns will be required to pay an $7.99 flat fee for the return’s shipping. Unfortunately, we’re unable to support free returns for products or deliveries without any notable issues.

Return & Refund Process

To initiate a return, click the “Start a Return or Exhcange” button below.

START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
  1. Input your order details (Order Number, Contact Method)
  2. Select your return item(s)
  3. Fill out the form, outlining your reason for the request
  4. Click ‘Submit Request’
  5. We’ll review, and email you a shipping label
  6. Drop off the package at a local USPS
  7. Refund will be processed once we receive the parcel

Keep any proof of return postage receipts as we may need to view these as part of your return query. 

Refund Methods

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

For purchases where a gift card is used to cover the full or part of the order total, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

Processing Times

Refunds can take up to 7 days to be processed from the date we receive your order. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

Exchanges & Returns

Return Window

You may submit a refund, return or exchange request within 14 days of confirmed delivery of your order.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or return.

“Can I combine multiple returns into one return?”

Unfortunately, we’re currently unable to process combined returns and therefore require you to send your returns from different orders separately.

Furthermore, returns registered separately, even if from the same order, can’t be processed if returned in one package. Combining the returns into the same package may cause an error in your refund, so please package separately.

If you’ve already sent back multiple returns in one package, please let us know so we can look into this for you. Please retain any proof of return postage receipts as we may need to view these as part of your return query.

Good to Knows

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Any product explicitly marked as “Non-Returnable” on its product page is considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

We recommend reviewing the product description carefully before completing your purchase, as non-returnable designations override general return eligibility.

Lost or Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please start a return request and select the return reason that most closely matches your situation.

Once your request is submitted, our team will review your case and provide the appropriate next steps. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Additional information or photos may be required to help us process your request.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping is free for eligible return reasons listed earlier in this policy. For all other return reasons, a $8.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return qualifies for free return shipping.
