Not at all! While our products are optimized for gig drivers, they’re useful for anyone who spends time on the road. So anyone that drives!

Nope! We have express checkout options available at checkout, or right on the product’s detail page. 

We work directly with popular global suppliers to keep costs low and pass savings on to our customers.

We’re more than just a store! Follow @rideshare.shop on major social media for reviews and tutorials on emerging tech. We also post funny rideshare videos! 

Orders & Payments

Unfortunately, we’re unable to modify orders once they’re placed. This includes changing items, sizes, colors, addresses, or applying discount codes. More information can be found on our returns policy here.

Yes! You have up to 3 hours after placing your order to cancel it using the “Cancel Order” button in your confirmation email. After the 3 hour window orders cannot be cancelled, even by our support. Read more here.

Orders are processed within 1–7 business days before shipping. Processing includes verification, quality checks, and packaging.

Currently, we only support one payment method per order.

If gift cards or store credits are available, they can be applied at checkout.

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $40! Otherwise, we offer flat-rate shipping on all orders for $3.99.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Estimated delivery times range from 7–45 business days, depending on your location and shipping conditions. Orders often arrive earlier than the estimated delivery date posted on your order’s tracking! See our shipping & delivery policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier issues, or global shipping disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, please start a return request.

Returns & Refunds

To initiate a return, click the “Start a Return or Exhcange” button below. From there, enter your order information and select the reason that best matches your circumstance. We’ll provide next steps based on your situation. Learn more about our return policy here.

START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Items are eligible for free returns if the issue is due to:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items received
  • Late delivery
  • Items that never arrived

For all other return reasons, a $7.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Read more here.

You can submit a return or refund request within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or return.

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within up to 7 days. Please allow for up to 5 additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

Yes! Instead of returning your item for a refund, you can submit an exchange request to swap it out for a new one.
